Dunlevy Distributors are looking to recruit a full-time Bookkeeper/Office Administrator, to work alongside other office staff in an established family-run business, based in Donegal Town.
Responsibilities include:
* General Bookkeeping and Office Administration
* Debtor and Creditor Management, including Processing Payments and Receipts and Communicating with Customers and Suppliers.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Strong Computer Skills to include experience with accounts software, Excel etc
* At least 2-3 years’ office experience (ideal, but not necessary)
* Good Communication skills both verbal and written
* Hardworking, Trustworthy, Reliable and the ability to work on own initiative.
Regular Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm
