Two people were hospitalised after a two-vehicle collision involving a bus on the N15 Barnesmore Gap road last night.
Donegal Daily understands that a Ford Transit minibus was overturned in the incident, which took place at Meencarragh at approximately 12:45am.
Gardaí say that the drivers of both vehicles involved were transferred to Letterkeny University Hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
“Gardaí received a report of a two-vehicle road traffic collision at Meencarragh, Ballybofey, Co. Donegal on 5th April, 2025,” they told Donegal Daily in a statement.
“The incident occurred at approximately 12:45am. The drivers of both vehicles were brought to Letterkenny University Hospital for the treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.”
“Enquiries are ongoing.”
