Donegal County Council has advised that Muckish Road will be closed today and tomorrow, due to essential road reconstruction works.
This will affect the R256 Muckish Road, between Falcarragh and the Back of Errigal Road, which will be closed in the townland of Ballyboe Mountain. Today, the road will be closed between the hours of 9.00am and 5.00pm and tomorrow between the hours of 8.00am and 5.00pm.
Some traffic delays with Stop/Go may be experienced outside these times also. The designated Diversion Routes each day of the works will be via the National Secondary Road and the Regional Road Network, namely the N56 and R251.
Donegal County Council apologises for any inconvenience which this may cause.
