A man has reached out for help after his elderly father lost a ‘substantial’ amount of cash in the Twin Towns.
He believes he may have dropped the money in a local restaurant.
“If anyone has found a substantial amount of euros lost in Ballybofey, it’s my father’s,” he posted on his social media account.
“He may have lost it in a restaurant – any help would be greatly appreciated.”
The matter has also been reported to Gardaí.
