Motorists are being advised of a major oil spill in West Donegal this afternoon.
Local Councillor Michael McClafferty issued the advisory via social media.
The Councillor is advising of an oil spill on stretches of the N56.
The affected section of road is between Gortahork and Falcarragh, and may extend further.
Motorists are advised to use caution on the road today.
