Increase in planning permissions granted in Donegal – CSO

There has been an increase in the number of planning applications granted in Donegal, according to the Central Statistics Office (CSO).

A total of 316 planning permission were granted in the county for residential dwellings in Q4 of last year.

That was a 12% increase on 281 during the same period in 2023.

The majority of the applications were for houses, however, 14 were for apartments or flats.
