Tickets are now on sale for the Donegal Association Dublin Annual Gala Ball for Buncrana Man John McCarter who has been named the Donegal Person of the Year for 2024.
John will be inaugurated at the Donegal Person of the Year Gala Ball on Saturday, 29th of March at Dublin’s Bonnington Hotel.
The recipient of this year’s Charity Raffle will be Lough Swilly RNLI which is a charity very close to John McCarter’s heart as he served as Lifeboat Operations Manager for Lough Swilly RNLI.
Organisers say they are looking forward to seeing the style on the night and in particular who gets crowned Best Dressed Lady and Most Dapper Gentleman.
As with previous years we are delighted to have Sliabh League Distillery onboard for our drink’s reception. They will be joined this year by Errigal Brewing Company for the drink’s reception who are based in Annagry.
This promises to be a very special night.
