The new social housing estate at Corran an Lín, Convoy is set to be fully completed by the end of 2025.
Construction on Phase 1 of these highly energy-efficient homes is now complete and ready for letting.
Elected members of the Lifford-Stranorlar Municipal District had the opportunity to visit the new estate on Monday.
Donegal County Council signed a contract with Meadowfield Development Limited in February 2024 for the acquisition of 24 social houses. These will be delivered in two phases: 11 in Phase 1 and 13 in Phase 2, with a mix of 2, 3, and 4-bedroom properties.
