Plans have been submitted to Donegal County Council for permission to build a new housing development in Bunbeg.
Damian McGowan is proposing the development of 19 dwellings at Magheraclogher.
The estate will include five four-bedroom semi-detached houses, four four-bedroom semi-detached houses, four three-bedroom detached houses and six three-bedroom semi-detached houses.
The application states permission has already been granted for eight separate houses on the site and the new application would allow the developer to complete the development.
