Two Letterkenny lads are sporting new looks after raising more than €4,500 by doing a head shave for the Irish Cancer Society.
Donall and Ronan Higgins said goodbye to their thick curly locks on Sunday in support of their mum, Fiona, who is a cancer patient.
The brothers went under the clippers at The Hair Shop in Cranford, under the skilled hands of Paula Hegarty.

On the 22nd of March, their sister Alison will also be taking on a major challenge when she does the ‘Battle Cancer 2025’ fitness challenge in Dublin for the Irish Cancer Society.
Through the fundraiser, Alison says that supporting cancer patients like her mother is a big reason why they are taking part.
“On March 22nd I will be taking part in Battle Cancer and as part of that, I am raising money to help support cancer patients like my mum and families like ours. Your support will help make a difference,” she said via the fundraiser’s page.
Alison plans to close the online fundraiser later this week, if anyone would like to make a donation it will be greatly appreciated: https://www.justgiving.com/page/higgins-bros-1
