Crana College in Buncrana has received approval for a new science lab.
The project, sanctioned under the Additional School Accommodation Scheme, will involve a refurbishment to create a state-of-the-art science lab and accompanying prep area.
This STEM progress for Crana College is one of two significant school projects in County Donegal to receive the green light this week. Scoil Roisin in An Clochan Liath has also been granted approval for the construction of a two-room extension dedicated to Special Education Teaching (SET).
Fine Gael Senator Manus Boyle welcomed the approvals and said: “These projects highlight the Department’s commitment to improving school facilities and supporting education in Donegal.”
