The Butt Drama Circle will host three wonderful evenings of theatre next week as the Donegal Secondary Schools Drama Festival returns.
The event runs from Tuesday February 25th until Thursday 27th at the Balor Theatre, Ballybofey, with over 100 students from around the county showcasing their talent.
This years festival opens with performances from St. Eunan’s College, Letterkenny, Abbey Vocational School, Donegal Town, and Loreto Secondary School Letterkenny on Tuesday 25 th February.
Wednesday evening sees performances from Royal and Prior Comprehensive, Raphoe, and St. Columba’s College, Stranorlar.
The Festival will be rounded off with shows performed by Colaiste Colmcille, Ballyshannon, Carndonagh Community School, Crana College and Errigal College on Thursday February 27th.
Run annually by the award-winning Butt Drama Circle, the festival provides a unique opportunity for teenagers to experience performing in a state of the art venue, in front of a live audience.
It promises to be a very special event, and a memorable experience for students, parents and teachers alike.
