- DAYTIME HOURS
- No late nights
- This role is primarily baking, but some hot food cooking is required at busy times.
- Experienced Chef/ Pastry Chef position for an enthusiastic and creative individual who has a genuine passion for baking and cooking.
- Cooking and Baking Responsibilities include: Soups, Hot Meals, Breads, tray bakes, desserts, tarts, Special Occasion cakes/cake decorating with fresh and buttercream.
- Must follow recipes and procedures. Creativity and new recipes are a welcome addition to business.
- Other responsibilities include HACCP compliance and general cleaning.
- Minimum of 2 years experience working in a similar role.
- Must be able to work as a team in a fast paced
Essential Requirements
- Excellent time keeping and organisation skills.
- English and good communication skills
- Reliable transport for early shifts
- Ability to work at a speedy pace amongst a small team.
- Experience in a production kitchen environment is a bonus.
