Team North West Basketball scored another thrilling win over the weekend in the National League.
They took on Mater Private Malahide in a tightly-faught contest at the ATU Donegal campus.
The North West team got out to a hot start, building a 9-point lead before being pegged back by Malahide who led by 1 at the half-time break.
With fifteen lead changes over the tie and scores being levelled eight times, it would take individuals stepping up to make the difference in this matchup.
Tyler Mutemasango’s 28-point performance proved crucial as Team North West notched a tight 82-80 win.
Team North West’s next game is at home against Killarney Cougars at the ATU Donegal campus on Saturday the 22nd of February.
