Raphoe Family Resource Centre provide Computer and internet access, photocopying, CV preparation and weekly employment lists via email. “All about Me” Programme
The “All about Me” programme with Julie Voss, Gentle Self, Donegal will start on Monday 24th March for 4 weeks from 7 – 9PM in Raphoe Family Recourse Centre. A lovely gentle retreat type programme, jam packed with ideas, activities, exercises, techniques, treats and delicious mini treatments for pampering our bodies. TrACE to Transform
Still not to late to register or simply come along Next Friday morning 21st February 2025 at 10.00AM! Explore adverse childhood experiences and adverse community experiences, encourage positive childhood experiences, explore stress, empathy and resilience and improve your health and wellbeing overall. This 10 week class will take place at Raphoe Family Resource Centre starting Friday 14th February from 10AM – 12Noon. Register your interest now by calling Laura or Margaret on 04871311322. Baby Massage

Let’s Walk – Walking Group
Do you like to get out and about in the fresh air? Do you enjoy a walk with company? Bring your buggy! Why not join our walking group? The walking group meet at the Family Resource Centre on a Thursday morning at 10.30AM. Join us in the Resource Centre after for a wee cuppa! Everyone Welcome!
Women’s Group
The women’s group meet every second Monday night at the Family resource Centre from 8PM, join in the fun with a cuppa and a chat. Little Smiles with Big Dreams Mother & Toddler Group
Raphoe Family Resource Centre’s Little Smiles with Big Dreams Toddler Group meets every Wednesday from 10.30 to 12 Noon. A great way to increase your little one’s confidence and get to know others of similar age. Cost €2 per child. The group hosts fun activities and workshops throughout the year. Raphoe Men’s Shed
The Men’s Shed group meet every Thursday at 12 Noon in “The Shed”. We look forward to seeing all our members and welcoming any new members! Family Support
As a parent or guardian, parenting is one of the most rewarding things you will ever do, however the Family Resource Centre recognises at times life throws up challenges and these can be overwhelming. Some examples of the support we can offer; making routines, establishing boundaries and dealing with challenging behaviours. The Family Resource Centre can help through listening ear, parenting programmes, one to one support, and a drop-in clinic to offer support on issues that are affecting home life. Seniors Alert Scheme
Raphoe Family Resource Centre is registered under the Dept of Rural, Community Development and the Gaeltacht Senior Alert Scheme to provide personal alarms to those over 65 years living alone for significant periods of time during the day, or is a carer to someone else in their household. The purpose of the scheme is to enable older persons of limited means to continue to live securely in their own homes with confidence, independence and peace of mind providing them with a free personal monitored alarm which can be worn as a pendant or around their wrist like a watch. S.T.A.R.T Project
Would you like to talk to someone about your concerns around drugs/alcohol? Free, confidential – non-judgemental service providing up to date information and practical supports, including CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness practices, Brief Solution Focus Therapy and the Smart Recovery Principles.

Letterkenny C.D.P is a Community Development Project providing a Community Response to Alcohol/Drug misuse throughout Co. Donegal. Raphoe Boxing Club
Raphoe club boxers Hanna-Lee Peoples and Harry Magee are both through to the finals of the Ulster Novice Championships to be staged in Gilford on Saturday 8th February 2025 and everyone at the club extend good wishes for every success to both boxers.
Raphoe Boxing club in conjunction with Coyle’s Centra Raphoe will proudly host the Ulster Championships finals for 14-15-16 & 17 year old boxers on Sunday 23rd February in Deele College sports Pavilion when 28 finals featuring the cream of Ulster boxers will come under the hammer. The first bell will sound at 12Noon sharp and everyone is welcome.
Raphoe Kurling Club
