We are looking for motivated and energetic professionals to join our team, helping us take our customer service to the next level of excellence.
The Role:
You will provide exceptional customer service while ensuring the security, safety and well-being of customers, colleagues, and assets. You will adhere to all service and operating standards ensuring compliance with all relevant legislation. You will demonstrate proficiency in Company policies& procedures associated with the role. You will act as a service ambassador, demonstrating a high-quality courtesy, helpfulness and professionalism at all times.
You will demonstrate a proactive attitude in performing specific security duties in accordance with established procedures, to protect customers, colleagues, facilities, property and assets. You will respond immediately to emergencies to give necessary assistance as required. You will develop and maintain good relationships with all customers to maximise the opportunity for personalised experience and returned visits.
This is a busy and demanding role, not for the faint-hearted!

The Person:
The perfect candidate for this role will be confident, outgoing, friendly and able to work in a busy, fast-paced environment. You should have a natural flair for customer service, and a great can do attitude. You should have excellent communication and listening skills. You should have the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Minimum qualification Leaving Certificate or equivalent
- 1-year retail security experience
- A valid PSA Licence
- Good communication skills in oral and written English
