Freezing conditions are expected overnight tonight, after a bright start.
Met Éireann’s latest forecasts for Ulster show that there will be some sunny spells at time this morning, with brighter spells continuing throughout today in the west.
Meanwhile in the east, conditions will become cloudy as the day goes on, with some isolated showers as well.
Highest temperatures today between 3 and 5 degrees.
However tonight temperatures will sink below freezing in some areas, with lows of -3 degrees celsius expected overnight – with some icy conditions on the roads expected as well.
