Due to continued growth, Letterkenny-based Advice First Financial are looking to expand their Administration Team.
The Office Administrator role will see you being based at our Letterkenny Office, with responsibility for the day-to-day administrative and reception duties.
We are looking for a self-starter to work alongside our existing team on a full-time basis.

The office administrator will gain practical experience in our busy Letterkenny office. The role will be a supporting and administration position to our financial services team.
As an Office Administrator, your duties will include
- Front-of-house duties, including: reception, welcoming clients, answering telephone calls
- Organising and scheduling appointments for clients with our financial advisors
- Progressing task items via our systems
- Updating excel spreadsheets and file management including keeping records up to date
- Delivering first class Customer Service in order to maintain existing client relationships and engaging with new clients
- Acting in a support capacity to the Financial & Mortgage Advisors in day-to-day office activities.

Essential Criteria
Applicants should have achieved a minimum of the Leaving Certificate or equivalent. A high standard of written and oral communications in English is necessary. A background in Office Administration, Customer Service or related discipline would be an advantage.
Key Requirements
We would want you to have some hard skills, but the soft skills are equally as important.
The role will be based in our office in Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. The hours of work are: 9am to 5:30pm Mondy to Friday
Desirable Criteria
Hard Skills
- 2+ years’ experience in an office administration-based position.
- Sound working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite
- A confident phone manner
- Strong, demonstrated administration and organisation skills

- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to quickly build strong working relationships with clients and work colleagues.
- Ability to organise your own workload, filing methods and work in a clear and logical manner
- Capable of working on own initiative whilst working in a team environment
- Able to prioritise and multi-task
- Confident in asking questions, seeking and clarifying information and have an enthusiasm to learn new experiences and be supportive of and part of a hard-working team.
- Enjoys interacting and building relationships with customers and is comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
- Able to make real-time decisions based on changing information and able to manage your own workload.
