We have the calm after the storm, and Portsalon Golf Club has been basking in some beautiful sunshine during the past weekend.
The rescheduled AGM will take place this Friday in the Clubhouse at 8pm, while the Ladies AGM will take place on Saturday at 2pm in The same venue.
Launching the 2025 golf season on Sunday 9 th February at 10.30am the incoming Captain, Lady Captain and President will lead the members off with the very popular Drive-In. The shotgun start is a 4-person scramble. Please sign in by 10am. Your tee will be allocated to you then.
Lady Captain Noreen McConigley and the ladies branch wish to send best wishes to the incoming Officers, Committees, and Council members for 2025.

I (Karen McGlinchey) must confess, I couldn’t wait to get to this part. Writing about myself makes a change! So much to say about how well that 18 holes went on Sunday, I’m not sure where to start! Whilst my playing partners didn’t actually say it, I know they were thinking that the beautiful swing was a joy to watch from beginning to end!
