Donegal Local Development CLG is an integrated local development company established in 1995. We deliver multiple external funded programmes to the Donegal community.
Donegal Local Development CLG (DLDC) are now inviting applications for 5 new roles required on a contract basis to 31st December 2025.
The positions will be within the Social Inclusion and Community Activation Programme (SICAP), subject to New Arrivals funding.
Details of the three posts are summarised below:
- Three Community Development Project Officers are required for the SICAP Goal 1 Empowering Communities team; one in Donegal Town servicing the south Donegal catchment area, and one in Gweedore servicing the Gaeltacht area and one based in Letterkenny. A recognised and relevant Third Level qualification and / OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience of Community Development is required.
- One Lifelong Learning Project Officer required for the SICAP Goal 2 Life Long Learning team in Gweedore servicing the Gaeltacht area. A recognised and relevant Third Level qualification and / OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering training support to adults in a community setting.
- Employment Support Project Officer required for the Goal 2 Employment Supports team in Letterkenny. A recognised and relevant Third Level qualification and / OR a minimum of 3 years’ experience in employment, enterprise, or career guidance, including one-on-one support for individuals facing barriers to employment.

Tá cáilíocht aitheanta agus ábhartha Tríú Leibhéal agus/NÓ 3 bliana ar a laghad de thaithí ag seachadadh tacaíochtaí oiliúna do dhaoine fásta i suíomh pobail riachtanach.
