February is the month of love, and what better way to show your grá for four-legged friends than by joining a meet-up with the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind Donegal branch?
The charity is hosting an information event on Saturday 15th February at 11am in St. Patrick’s Parish Centre, 18 Upper Main Street, Donegal Town, F94 R5RK.
Come along to learn more about the incredible work that the dogs do and discover how adorable puppies grow into resilient, life-changing Guide and Assistance Dogs. You’ll see firsthand how even just one hour of your time can help transform lives in 2025.
The event invites people to connect with fellow dog lovers, and be part of something truly meaningful changing lives – one paw at a time!
Last November, Donegal welcomed its second-ever litter of puppies through the Irish Guide Dogs for the Blind breeding programme.
The Irish Guide Dogs Donegal Branch is a very active and hard-working group of dog lovers and handlers. New volunteers are needed across the county, no matter how much or how little time you can offer.
