Gardaí have released details of an intruder following a break-in at a property in Buncrana following storm Eowyn.
A shed door lock at a property in Druminor, Linsfort, was broken and entry was gained but nothing was stolen from within.
The incident occurred last Friday the 24th of January at approx. 8.40pm.
Gardaí are appealing to anybody who may have travelled in that area with a dash cam between the hours of 8pm and 9pm to make the footage available
“The intruder was wearing a black hoodie (hood up), a navy body warmer, black trousers, black gloves, a snood over his face and a torch/light on his forehead,” a spokesperson said.
“If anybody observed a man matching this description or any suspicious activity/vehicles in the area we ask them to contact Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540. The Garda Confidential line may be reached on 1800 666 111 with any relevant information.”
