Letterkenny business damaged after car crashes into shopfront

An investigation is underway after a car crashed into a local business in Letterkenny overnight.

Donegal Hearing Clinic at Pearse Road was significantly damaged last night when, shortly after midnight, a car was crashed into the shopfront and the motorist fled the scene.

As a result, owner Sabrina Robb was unable to open to clients today.

Sabrina took to Facebook to inform customers of the situation, apologising for any inconvenience caused.

“We will update you as soon as we have more information,” Ms. Robb wrote.

Gardaí are treating the incident as a case of criminal damage.
