North West Forest Services is a professional tree surgery company based in County Donegal. We offer all aspects of tree care to private, commercial, government agency and utility companies throughout Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Based in Knock, Ballybofey, the company now requires an Office Administrator for maternity leave cover (full-time).
We are seeking a friendly, organised and detail-oriented individual to join our team as temporary office administrator to cover maternity leave.

Salary will depend on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist visitors in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate staff members.
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
• Provide administrative support, such as scheduling meetings, preparing documents, and managing office supplies.
• Assist in pricing and applying for upcoming contracts.
• Responsible for fleet management, vehicle insurance etc
• Managing ISO standards database.
• Assist with other tasks and projects as required.
Required Skills:
• Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment. Duration:
This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave, with an expected duration of 8-9 months.
