A memorial day is being held in honour of rally driver Jonathan ‘Jonny’ Treanor who made his life in Donegal.
Jonny sadly lost his life in a road traffic accident in Rossnowlagh in April 2022.
Born in Monaghan, Jonny a regular competitor in the Donegal International Rally over the years before moving to Mountcharles.
Now his family are organising the day in his memory, with a rally car display, bike run, vintage parade, etc.
The memorial event takes place on April 21st next at the Sliabh Beag Hotel in Monaghan.
