Gardaí are appealing for witnesses after a bottle was thrown through the window of a house in Buncrana at the weekend.

The incident occurred at Marian Park at approximately 3.15am last Saturday, the 7th of December. A bottle was thrown at a window of a property in the estate causing the window to smash.

“The storm was in progress at that time and so we understand that there may not have been many out and about, but if anybody was out and observed someone on foot in that area, we ask them to contact Gardaí in Buncrana on 074-9320540,” a garda spokesperson said.

If anybody was in that area with a dash-cam around that time, they are also urged to get in touch. The Garda Confidential Line may also be contacted on 1800 666 111.
