Memorial quiz for the late Eoin Brogan raises cash for Little Blue Heroes

A quiz held in memory of the late Honorary Garda, Eoin Brogan, has raised more than €1,500 for the Little Blue Heroes charity.

Eoin passed away in September last year, after a long illness. He was a member of the Garda’s “Little Blue Heroes” initiative, and a well-liked student at Deele College.

Members of Eoin’s family presented the proceeds from the quiz night to another Honorary Garda, Jack Donaghey. The amazing amount of €1,532 was raised from the event. 

“Thank you so much to Eoin’s family and to anybody who helped in any way. So many families will benefit greatly from the funds raised,” a garda spokesperson said.
