Gardaí from Letterkenny Roads Policing Unit arrested a driver at a multi agency checkpoint yesterday on suspicion of drug driving after they tested positive for cannabis.
It was also established that the driver did not have a driving licence or insurance.
“Do not take any sort of risks on the roads. Never drive while under the influence of alcohol or drugs,” a garda spokesperson said.
