Gardaí are investigating an apparent hit-an-run collision in Letterkenny that happened outside a venue hosting a road safety show at the time.
The incident happened in the Aura Leisure Centre car park on Wednesday the 9th of October, between 10:50am and 1pm.
An owner of a parked car returned to their vehicle, spotting damage that had been caused to the vehicle’s driver-side front bumper and headlight.
The apparent hit-and-run occurred as the RSA’s Road Safety Roadshow was taking place at the Aura Leisure Centre, where thousands of teenagers from the North West are educated on the importance of road safety.
Anyone with information about the collision has been asked to contact Gardaí in Letterkenny.
