Sinn Fein leader Mary Lou McDonald is to meet with the families who lost loved ones or those who were injured in the Creeslough tragedy.
Ms McDonald will meet the relatives at 4.45pm in Creeslough.
It follows a meeting between the families and Justice Minister Helen McEntee at Government Buildings yesterday.
The meeting came amidst fears by the families that their request for an independent inquiry into the tragedy would be put on hold due to the upcoming election.
The meeting with the Sinn Fein leader follows an approach by the party requesting how they could assist the families in any way.
The Sinn Fein leader did visit the site of the Creeslough in the wake of the tragedy in October, 2022.
Local Sinn Fein TDs Pearse Doherty and Padraig MacLochlainn are also expected to attend.
