Planning permission has been granted to convert a former west Donegal bank to a cafe and B&B.
Eighter Properties Ltd has been given the green light for the Bank of Ireland building at Main Street, Dungloe.
The proposed development will include a cafe at ground floor level and bed and breakfast accommodation on the first and second floors.
Back in 2022, plans by Rosses Credit Union to purchase the same building failed after they were outbid at auction.
