Gardaí have confirmed there were no injuries following a two-vehicle collision which blocked a road for a time outside Killybegs yesterday evening.

Emergency services attended the scene of the crash involving a jeep and a car, which occurred at The Five Points shortly after 7pm.

“A female passenger of one of the cars (80’s) was assessed at the scene as a precaution by medical personnel,” a garda spokesperson said.

“No injuries were reported at the time. Enquiries ongoing.”
