Donegal dancers amazed on the national stage at the All-Ireland Hip-Hop Championships.
The Spectrum Dance Events competition held in Tralee last weekend saw a flurry of trophies coming back to the county.
Ellie Duffy from Elite Dancers Buncrana took home multiple accolades, including the Solo Champion title, Double Champion with Casidhe Gorman, Crew Champion with Evolution, Overall Junior Champion, and the prestigious Judges Choice Dancer of the Championship.
Pinehill Studios Letterkenny also celebrated significant victories. Luana Simms, a 15-year-old from Raphoe, secured the U16 Hiphop solo championship and the remarkable title of Overall Senior Champion dancer. Freya Mcgeehan, a 16-year-old from Kilmacrennan, placed second in the U16 Hiphop Solo category.
Priya Fox, a 9-year-old from Letterkenny, showcased her skills in the U10 Hiphop solo, earning a second-place finish. The Pinehill Studios dancers also dominated the doubles categories, with Luana Simms and Freya Mcgeehan taking first place in the U16 Doubles and Kim Fox and Priya Fox securing the top spot in the parent and child doubles.
