Donegal County Council has granted permission for the completion of 22 new houses at an estate in Glenties.
TOPM Developments Ltd can now complete the works at the partially constructed development at Gortnamucklagh.
The proposed development also includes a pumping station and connection to the public sewerage system, entrance and associated site works that were previously granted.
Donegal County Council granted permission subject to 24 conditions.
Among those laid down is that the houses are to be used as permanent residences only and are not to be used as holiday homes or for short-term rental.
The Council has also directed that the developer construct a 2m wide footpath along the boundary of the site to connect with an existing footpath at the Clos Naomh Conaill housing scheme.
