Donegal company Kinore, formerly known as Accountant Online, hosted an exclusive event at the 5-star Conrad Dublin to unveil its new brand identity, marking a significant milestone in the company’s evolution.
The rebranding reflects Kinore’s expanded service offerings and its vision for future growth, positioning the company as a leader in digital transformation and business support services.
The event provided an intimate setting for clients and business associates to experience Kinore’s new brand. Andrea Gilligan, host of Newstalk’s Lunchtime Live, facilitated an engaging in-conversation segment with Kinore’s founder and CEO, Larissa Feeney, where they discussed the journey behind the rebrand and the future of the company.
“Our transformation into Kinore is much more than a name change,” Feeney shared during the conversation. “It represents the evolution of our company and the expanded range of services we now offer to meet the changing needs of our clients. We’ve grown beyond traditional accountancy into a full-service finance and business support firm that leverages technology to provide innovative, client-focused solutions.”
RTE legend Marty Morrissey dropped in to the event to say hello to his friend Larissa. Guests enjoyed a sophisticated reception with drinks and light bites at the Conrad Hotel before heading to The National Concert Hall for an exclusive performance by the RTÉ Concert Orchestra, hosted by Marty Morrissey, as part of the evening’s celebrations.
Since launching in 2017, Kinore has seen impressive growth, with an average annual revenue increase of 30% serving over 2,500 clients across Ireland and the UK. CEO, Larissa Feeney’s visionary approach is highlighted by the development of MyKinore, the company’s onboarding platform, which has streamlined operations, enhanced client experiences and positioned Kinore as a leader in digital transformation.
The company’s new name, Kinore, comes from the Irish word ‘Kin’ reflecting the knowledge and experience brought to it’s clients, coupled with the word ‘ore’ which references the finances managed by the firm. The new name emphasises a commitment to building lasting client relationships and providing support beyond traditional accountancy services.
The rebrand underscores Kinore’s future ambitions, with projections indicating the firm is on track to achieve €15 million in revenue by 2028 (currently €3.6million). The company is expanding its service offerings, providing clients with outsourced financial management, bookkeeping, payroll services, and more, ensuring they have the tools to thrive in a competitive business landscape.
Kinore’s innovative approach, which includes expertise in scaling businesses, digital transformation, and financial advisory, has positioned the firm as a disruptor in the industry. With technology as its cornerstone, Kinore has embraced remote working and cloud-based services, allowing it to capitalise on the shift towards digital professional services. The company, currently employing 75 professionals, has ambitious plans to double its workforce to 150 by 2026 to meet growing demand.
“We’ve grown significantly over the years, and our new brand represents the future of Kinore,” Feeney added. “Our commitment to innovation, combined with our focus on building strong relationships with our clients, is what drives our success.”
