#LoveDonegal day is here!
The annual social media celebration encourages people to share all that they LOVE about living, working or holidaying in Donegal.
It’s easy to get involved, all you have to do is use the #LoveDonegal or #DúnnanGallAbú in your social media posts (across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram) on Wednesday the 25th September.
Last year’s #LoveDonegal broke the internet and became a world-wide phenomenon, reaching a global audience of 85 million across 24 hours and rising to nearly 125 million throughout the weekend!
Cathaoirleach Cllr. Niamh Kennedy is urging everyone to celebrate #LoveDonegal this year, saying that this is a great opportunity for people from Donegal as well as those people who have a great affinity for the county to share their thoughts with the rest of the world.
“I’m calling on all the people of Donegal near and far to give a huge shout out to the place they call home and to support Love Donegal Day on Wednesday, 25th September”.
