A man is in custody following a spate of burglaries in Letterkenny town last week.
Seven premises, including two local hairdressing businesses, were broken into between the 19th and 20th September.
Gardaí have today confirmed that a man was arrested in connection with the investigation.
“He remains in custody for questioning,” a spokesperson said.
