After a bit of a dull start, Sunday is expected to be a decent day on the weather front.
A spell of extended good weather is expected for the next few days as a warm air system moves in, providing summery conditions for many despite being halfway through September.
However this morning will start out cloudy for many, with some showers present also according to Met Éireann’s latest forecasts for Ulster.
Things will clear into this afternoon and this evening however, with bright and sunny conditions expected in most parts.
Temperatures will climb to between 15 and 18 degrees today.
Tonight will remain dry, with temperatures dipping to between 6 and 10 degrees.
