Spooktacular details have been released for Magheraroarty’s major ‘Splanc’ festival, which returns to the area on Sunday 27th of October, 5-8pm!
Plans are well underway for the family-fun Halloween show and fireworks display, which will see some important changes this year.
The 2024 event will be ticketed to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, following the massive turnout of 4,500 attendees in 2023.
A large stage will showcase talented acts performing live throughout the evening. From electrifying local performers to artists from across the country, the Splanc Féile stage promises non-stop entertainment.
Towering 12-foot-tall puppets will roam the grounds and talented musicians will be decked out in their finest “ghoul suits,” adding a spooky soundtrack to the festivities.
Tickets are priced at just €5 for children and €10 for adults. This includes a party bag and drinks for kids, face painting, and complimentary tea and coffee for the adults.
Shuttle buses will be running from designated locations in Derrybeg, Falcarragh and Gortahork.
So get your tickets, get your fancy dress planned, and enjoy the festivities – all in support of local charities and schools!
Organisers wish to thank everyone who helped in any way and anyone who has donated.
