Today looks set to be damp and miserable, ahead of an expected improvement in the weather in the coming week.
Met Éireann’s forecasts for Ulster show that while this morning will be mostly cloudy with some drizzle, more persistent rain is expected to appear this afternoon.
Temperatures will remain somewhat mild despite the rain though, with temperatures between 15 and 17 degrees celsius.
Rain will slowly clear tonight, but there will still be some showers overnight. Lows between 9 and 12 degrees overnight.
Today’s rather miserable outlook comes before an uptick in the weather expected next week, with temperatures expected to soar above 20 degrees.
