A man has been charged with having a knife in Stranorlar.
Aidan Carrig appeared at Letterkenny District Court charged under the Firearms and Offensive Weapons Act, 1990.
The 49 year old of Mark House, Chapel Street, Stranolar was charged with the offence at Mark House, Stranorlar on August 1st last.
He is charged that he did have with him a knife which had a blade or which was sharply pointed.
The case was adjourned to a later date.
