It is the end of the summer and that can only mean one thing: it’s audition time for the next pantomime in Letterkenny!
Hot on the heels of last January’s show Aladdin, Letterkenny Pantomime Society are pleased to announce that the auditions to form the main adult cast for their next show, the Wizard of Oz, will be held this coming week.
All are welcome to the Station House Hotel, Letterkenny for the first round of auditions on Tuesday, the 20th of August at 7:30 pm with a second date on Wed 28th!
In the interest of fairness, all returning cast members will audition along with new members.
Just be ready to sing a song of your choice that will show off your range and to read through the script on the night!
The Wizard of Oz will be performed in An Grianan Theatre, Letterkenny at the end of January 2025 and the Letterkenny Pantomime Society are delighted to welcome back former director Paul Doherty who will lead the directorial team this year. Paul will be assisted by his father Patrick along with Tina Garry, Donna Ponsonby, and Daithí Doherty as well as the ever-enthusiastic team of volunteers on the committee!
This might be your year! Give it a go, you won’t regret it!
