Ellen’s husband Martin, her children Daren & Samantha, mother Mary, parents-in-law Billy & Christine, brothers & sisters, Breedge, Patrick, Catherine, Paul, Gary, Mary, Eamonn, Jonathan, Denise, brothers-in-law, sisters -in-law, partners, nieces & nephews wish to express our sincere thanks and appreciation for the sympathy, kindness and support of so many people on the recent sudden passing of Ellen.
We would like to thank all those who offered their assistance to Ellen in Swan’s Park, to the emergency services and the staff of both Letterkenny University and Beaumont Hospitals for the special care and attention Ellen received.
Thanks to all who called, telephoned, sent messages of sympathy, Mass cards, sympathy cards, to those who brought or sent food or helped in any way and those who travelled from near and far to pay their respects to Ellen
Sincere thanks to Fr Eamonn Hegarty (Leeds), Fr Francis Bradley PP and Fr Seàn O’Gallchoir (Gortahork), who celebrated the beautiful funeral Mass, also the altar servers and Eucharistic ministers for their help during the mass, to Fr Bradley, Fr Walsh and Fr Baker for their prayers and support during their visits to Ellen’s home.
We would like to thank the children from St. Oran’s NS Cockhill for their guard of honour and the school choir for their beautiful singing during the mass.
Thanks also to Joanne and Finbar for their singing and music during the mass and at the graveside.
Thank you to Porter Funeral Directors for the caring and dignified manner in which they carried out the funeral arrangements and to the Laurentic for providing refreshments after the funeral.
As it would be impossible to thank everyone individually, we trust this acknowledgement will be accepted as a token of our sincere appreciation.
