Donegal will be well represented at the Regional Athletics Finals in Athlone this weekend, with a strong contingent of 37 athletes set to compete.
County Manager Tony Mc Carry extended his best wishes to all participants.
He said: “Enjoy the experience on the day, safe travelling to all all see you all down there on Saturday.”
Former Councillor Ian Mc Garvey has added his voice to the well-wishers, offering words of encouragement to the young athletes.
The Cairn Community Games take place at TUS Campus Athlone on Saturday 10th August.
The National Finals will take place in the final weekend of August.
