A number of temporary road closures will be in place in Letterkenny this afternoon as the Letterkenny Pride parade gets underway.
The parade starts at 4:30 outside An Grianan Theatre on the Port Road, and will travel down the Main Street, then onto Oliver Plunkett Road and the Pearse Road.
Gardaí say that rolling road closures will be in place from 4:15pm to 5:30pm as the parade progresses through its route.
Motorists are being asked to leave extra time for their journeys through Letterkenny today, and to obey any directions given to them by Gardaí.
