Plans lodged for large new Donegal town housing development 

Plans have been lodged to increase the number of houses in a new development in Donegal town.

Carnvalley Holdings Ltd has applied to Donegal County Council for permission for 44 houses at The Mullans and Doonan.

The proposed development, adjacent to the Killybegs road roundabout, will include a mixture of four, three and two bedroom homes.

Previously, the company had been granted permission for 32 apartments as well as a swimming pool on the same site. However, the pool has been omitted from the latest application.
