Donegal’s Caolan McFadden has been crowned the National U18 1,500 metre champion.
The Cranford AC athlete ran a brilliant race to claim the title in Tullamore earlier today.
The race was billed as one of the events of the weekend and it didn’t disappoint.
McFadden took gold in a time of 3:55.25 ahead of the talented Noah Harris (Parnells AC).
It’s a brilliant end to the season for McFadden.
