Location: Onsite – Letterkenny, Co. Donegal

The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced claims assessors to join us as trainers and mentors. In this role you will:

Provide Training: Utilize your extensive experience to train new and existing team members, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel.

Offer Support: Act as a mentor, offering guidance and support to our claims assessors as they navigate complex cases and develop careers.

Enhance Processes: Work with our leadership team to identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the continuous enhancement of our training programs.
