A garda investigation is underway after a car was extensively damaged while parked in a housing estate in Killygordon.

The car had been parked in Dromore Park between June 24th and July 2nd. The owner then discovered it had been keyed along both sides and to the rear, causing substantial damage.

Gardaí are appealing to the local community to report any suspicious behaviour they may have seen.

“If anybody can assist with information we ask them to contact Letterkenny Gardaí on 074-9167100,” a spokesperson said.
