Crowds numbering in their thousands travelled to Rossnowlagh for the annual Orange Order parade there this afternoon.
Pre-event estimates put the potential number of visitors at nearly 10,000 with members from over 50 Orange lodges worldwide making the journey to County Donegal for the event.
The Orange march in Rossnowlagh is a yearly tradition on the last Saturday before the 12th of July.
Thousands made their way to the scenic beach this afternoon, including many visitors from the North, and some Orange Order members from as far away as Australia and Canada.
Over 40 bands also made up the parade contingent.
The international presence at this year’s parade is notable, as members of the international Imperial Grand Lodge will get together to meet on the 12th also.
